Policies

Return/Exchange Information

Due to the custom nature of our products we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless a valid mistake was made on our end or if the item is clearly defective. We must receive the defective item first before we can send out a replacement.  We cannot accept returns for tees that do not fit.  Please double check the size chart to ensure that you are ordering the correct size.

Please include a note with your order number and the reason you are returning the product.

 

If we confirm that the product is defective or we have made an error we will reimburse your shipping cost and send out a replacement immediately.  If we determine that the product is not defective or the error is not on our end then the cost of shipping to and from will be the responsibility of the customer.
 
**We cannot except returns or exchanges for color choices.

Canceling an Order

Due to the custom nature of our products your order must be canceled within 24 business hours.

Price Adjustments

We cannot offer a price adjustment after the order is placed.  All coupon codes must be entered in at the time of your purchase.
 
Discounts
 

Our retail prices are not negotionalble. We do send out newsletters from time to time that include discount coupons. If you would like to be added to our newsletter list please send us an email to lunabtee@yahoo.com .  Please understand that we do not offer a discount on an individual bases in order to keep our pricing fair to everyone.

Privacy/Security

Luna B. Tee  will keep your information confidential.  We will NOT use your information publicly or for any other reason than internal use to fill your orders.

Payment Options

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express and Paypal.  No orders will begin processing until payment is made.

Shipping

All orders will ship within  2-3 weeks of date purchased.

Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with your tracking #.

International Orders

Yes we do ship Internationally via USPS Priority Mail.  Please choose the Internation shipping option at check out.  Orders shipped outside North America may have additional charges for customs/duties.  Luna B. Tee is not responsible for these additional charges.

Rush Orders
 
RUSH orders will have a production time of 4 business days ( instead of 2-3 weeks ) from the date of your order and will be shipped via USPS Express Mail .  If your order is to be rushed please choose the RUSH - shipping option at check out.  This will automatically add your rush and shipping fees.
 
Please allow 4 business days for production time and up to 2 business days for shipping time.

Rush orders are $25.00 for the first item and $5.00 each additional item.
